"Bookmark this webpage" or "download a PDF" isn't what people expect. They expect to put in their address once, have that configuration saved and have functions like "bins this week" or my council tax band etc"

"Not sure what the point of this is unfortunately. Doesn't remember your address between sections. Rather than just release an app wrapper for the mobile site they would have been better off creating an app from scratch with just one feature that worked eg "what bins do I put out this week?" and then add to it over time. AND the description says it's an iPhone app - you naughty people 😉"
